Are you running Chyrp? Custom theme? special feathers? Rolling your own modules. Let's keep a nice little list of sites running Chyrp (unless you don't wanna for Security reasons)
mine is http://AshleyHull.net
Matt-SD
http://webtech.mattsd.com/
^^ a Web- & Tech-news blog my friend & I are doing
I'm working on making my main site (http://mattsd.com/) running Chyrp.

I have didatic.me
a blog... and eclectic.me Which I might make into a port of the blog to an accessible form of Chyrp! Because Chyrp does not lend itself to accessibility, at least not the way I implemented it!
I know AlisonW still blogs with it (blogroll developer) But if she does not rejoin community I have that code also but customized a little to my purposes, happy to try and sort out with her to throw it back into the pot, so to speak

This is a blog of our studios, we have been developing games and software. We are currently working on Landshake the game (Download > http://twinstudios.ru/landshake). It is still very raw, but we are actively working on it. In fact a blog and talks about the development of our projects, as well as the news studio. On the day of publishing multiple posts. Now game only in Russian language.

Custom theme and custom random quote module.

Just to mention that I have just implemented nonesoblind.net for my fiancee, she is partially sighted and uses a screen reader so it is useful feedback and I shall be letting lead developer know as and when of any accessibility issues.
Chyrp is not the greatest for accessibility, but it is usable, how usable we have to see....
it is not for me to say what feathers, modules, or themes she may become interested in, but as we go along I shall report back and accessibility issues I find, and workarounds etc if my humble coding abilities enable me to find a way....

At the risk of seeming to repeat myself (you could say I believed in third time lucky?) - I have just added eclectic.me to the mix!

Mine's just a personal writing blog: http://terianncarryl.com
Custom theme and custom contact module that I'll upload sometime.
AlisonW
http://alisonw.com/ - running a personalised version of Chyrp 2.1RC1
http://shehacks.com/ - running Chyrp 2.5b1 at the moment while I complete the upgrading of my modules, after which it will probably keep close pace with latest git releases.
In both cases, non-standard themes, etc. (as I generate much of the css on-the-fly using php)

It ain't finished yet, but it's nearing its release: Agosto.
It is the website for my design & web development company called Agosto. It runs on 2.5b2 and uses a custom theme. It also sports some customized modules and feathers.

http://cc.davisremmel.com/ - Just your run-of-the-mill, general rambling blog, running v2.5b2. Nothing is special about it...yet. I'm currently designing a new theme to match my homepage, which I'll roll out shortly.
I've also converted my brother's blog to v2.5b2: http://tylerremmel.com/blog/
I'll be putting up more instances of Chyrp, though, when I convert some of my specialized (and scattered) Wordpress blogs into Chyrp ones.

I wanted to set up a lightweight blog and Chyrp seemed to fit the bill not too bad. Nothing special changed apart from some stylesheet changes for now.
