Minimum Requirements
Please ensure that your host provides the following:
- PHP >= 5.1.3
- MySQL 4.1+, or SQLite 3+ with PDO
All of these technologies are fairly common today. If your hosting provider doesn't have these, you're probably better off switching whether or not you use Chyrp. You might be able to just e-mail your provider and ask them for it.

Git the Source
Another method of grabbing Chyrp and staying up to date is to use our Git repository. To do this you must have Git installed.

Stay updated:
git pull # and then run upgrade.php
