Adds a rich text editor to all feathers’ textareas to enable WYSIWYG composition.
(Not yet working for edit-post-in-place-via-AJAX)

0.5 WAS BROKEN. TEMPORARILY ROLLED BACK TO 0.4 (NO SAFARI SUPPORT). SORRY…

This module is now (v0.3) compatible with my “Unplucked” module (http://chyrp.net/extend/view/21),), which warns against data loss by navigating away from an unsaved feather.
